This Privacy Policy explains what personal information ISP Supplies Ltd collects when you use ispsupplies.com.gh, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have over it.
Account and order details: name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and order history, when you create an account, check out as a guest, or contact us. Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment partners (Paystack, and Stripe where enabled) — we do not receive or store your full card number.
Usage information: pages viewed, products searched or wishlisted, device and browser information, and approximate location inferred from IP address, collected automatically as you browse — some of this relies on cookies, described in our Cookie Policy.
Communications: anything you send us via contact forms, email or phone, including for support or warranty claims.
To process and deliver orders, provide account features (order history, wishlist, saved addresses), respond to support and warranty requests, and detect and prevent fraud. With your consent, to send product and promotional updates — you can opt out at any time via the link in any marketing email or from your account preferences. To improve the site, using aggregated or anonymised analytics where you have consented to analytics cookies.
We process order and account data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you (fulfilling your order) or to comply with legal obligations (such as tax record-keeping). We process marketing and analytics data based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We share the minimum necessary data with: payment processors (Paystack, Stripe) to complete transactions; delivery and logistics partners to fulfil orders; and IT/hosting providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We retain order and account records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet tax, accounting and warranty obligations, after which data is deleted or anonymised.
