These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern access to and use of the ISP Supplies website (ispsupplies.com.gh) and any order placed through it. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
ISP Supplies Ltd ('ISP Supplies', 'we', 'us') is a networking, fibre, wireless, power and solar equipment supplier based on Spintex Road, Accra, Ghana. You can reach us at sales@ispsupplies.com.gh or +233 30 000 0000.
All prices shown on this site are in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to display accurate pricing, descriptions and stock levels, but errors can occur; where a genuine pricing or listing error is identified before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.
Stock levels and prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed at checkout. Product images are representative — packaging, accessories and minor specifications may vary by batch or manufacturer revision.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm and dispatch it. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout; payments are processed by our payment partners (including Paystack and, where enabled, Stripe) and we do not store your full card details on our servers.
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity — and will refund any payment already taken in that case.
We dispatch same-day on working-day orders placed before our published cut-off time. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees; risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Delivery & Returns page for full detail.
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items are inspected on return; refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved. Faulty units are covered by the manufacturer warranty stated on the relevant product page, and we manage the manufacturer RMA process on your behalf. Full detail is on our Delivery & Returns page.
Much of what we sell — networking, RF, power and solar equipment — is intended for installation by competent trade or professional installers in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and applicable electrical/safety regulations. ISP Supplies is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from incorrect installation, misuse, or use outside manufacturer specifications.
Creating an account requires accurate information and a password kept confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account; contact us immediately at sales@ispsupplies.com.gh if you suspect unauthorised access.
The site's design, text, graphics and logos are owned by or licensed to ISP Supplies and may not be reproduced without permission. Manufacturer names, logos and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, ISP Supplies' total liability arising from any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business, profit or downtime, save where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
